face lift and replace collapsing roof

Eileen and I have been really enjoying our "new" home now for several months. It's a good time to let you know what we think about the renovations.

As you know, we spent quite a time with you looking at different designs for the roof. It was a bit of a risk to go to a steeper pitch and bigger overhangs because we could not be quite sure what it would

look like, but I can tell you we continue to feel the result was worth it. So much so, that we often take a detour so that we can approach the house from Riverside and enjoy the look! In all other respects

too, the stucco job (just the right colour!), the shutters, the doors, the ceilings, ets, have all worked out splendidly.

 

Looking back to August / September, I think what specially stood out for us was the smooth and efficient way each of the trades came and did their job. You chose well and the results show it. It was a

great relief to have you looking after the project, and we were thrilled that the whole job was completed in such a short time and with relatively little disruption. In fact we really had a ball watching it all

come together!

 

No doubt Eileen and I are just two more satisfied customers of Kelly Construction, but we are pleased to record this letter, and to express our thanks for a job well done.
