Your initial quote was explained in detail and competitive with other companies we were considering. The decision to choose Kelly Construction  was the direct result of your presentation and the various letters of reference you were willing to provide. The forethought and planning that went into the project prior to it’s start ensured that the job kept on schedule and that the time we had to move out of the house was kept to a minimum. Any concerns we had doing construction were dealt with quickly and effectively. We are extremely pleased with our “new” home and certainly would recommend your firm to anyone contemplating a renovation.
